Ky Nguyen

With a diverse background spanning law, human resources, and social work, Ky brings a unique, holistic perspective to the disability support sector. Prior to moving to Australia, Ky worked as an in-house legal counsel for various multinational joint venture companies across sectors including telecommunications, food and beverage, oil and gas, and home shopping. Ky also led both the legal and human resources departments overseas for over four years, gaining extensive experience in strategic management and people operations.

After relocating to Australia, Ky pursued a Master of Social Work to better serve individuals and communities in need. Since 2021, Ky has been a dedicated Support Coordinator at District 260, helping NDIS participants from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of diagnoses navigate the complexities of the system. This includes supporting clients through critical processes such as Centrelink applications and court-related matters like securing bail and reintegration into the community.

Now leading the Support Coordination team in Melbourne, Ky is committed to making the NDIS journey smoother, more accessible, and empowering for every participant. Ky’s mission is to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in achieving their goals and living a fulfilling life.
