Winter Respite STR at Swan Valley — a chance for informal carers to relax while participants continue receiving their daily support in a structured and welcoming environment.

6–8 October | Rottnest Island STR
Join us for a supported stay on Rottnest Island, where participants can spend time with peers and maintain their usual supports away from home. It also gives primary informal supports the opportunity to take a short break from their usual caring responsibilities.

10–12 September | Rottnest Island STR
This three-day supported stay provides participants with an opportunity to spend time away from their usual routines while continuing to receive the support they need. Participants can connect with others and spend time in a different environment within a safe and welcoming setting.

1–3 December | Rottnest Island STR
This supported respite stay offers participants the opportunity to spend time in a different environment and build social connections while receiving personalised support from our experienced team. Families and carers can have peace of mind knowing their loved one is supported throughout their stay.
