District 360 works with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) providers in Perth and Melbourne to advertise their vacancies. The homes below are owned and managed by those providers

How this works

• Your home and your supports are separate. Applying for one of these homes does not require you to use District 360 for any supports. Using District 360 for supports does not give you priority for any home.

• You choose your supports. You can keep your current Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider, choose a new one, or ask any registered provider for a quote, including District 360.

• The SDA provider manages the home. Questions about the property, your tenancy agreement and rent contributions are answered by the SDA provider.

• No gifts or incentives. District 360 and our SDA partners do not offer gifts, cash, vouchers or other benefits to encourage anyone to choose a home or a provider.

• How we are paid. The SDA providers listed here pay District 360 for marketing services. This does not affect your right to choose any support provider.

• Get independent advice. We encourage you to talk with your support coordinator, plan manager, family or an independent advocate before deciding.
   

What the status means

• Available: the home is SDA certified, enrolled with the NDIS and ready to view.

• Expression of Interest: the home is built to the SDA design standard and is awaiting certification and enrolment.
