NDIS News - Updating bank accounts



Updates from the NDIS reveal that some participants are encountering difficulties when trying to update their bank account details in the new PACE system.


Who's affected? It includes individuals who are requesting a change to their bank account information, as well as nominees of participants who've recently turned 18.


The NDIS say they are on it, and they're working hard to fix this issue. They say on their website that they will have this fixed in May 2024.


If you're one of those experiencing these challenges, don't hesitate to reach out to the National Call Centre at 1800 800 110. They've got a dedicated team ready to manually handle these updates for participants.


Just keep in mind that it might take up to three working days for the changes to kick in.
