About the Role

District 360 is seeking Disability support staff in the Bundoora, VIC Area. The positions are casual with a starting base salary starting from $30 per hour plus superannuation. Part-time roles will be considered after a qualifying period.


Key Responsibilities

Client Support:

  • Assist clients in living the life they choose while maintaining confidentiality and keeping documentation current.


  • Enter end-of-shift notes into the District 360 mobile app system for accurate record-keeping.

Support Plan Implementation:

  • Follow and adhere to the tailored support plan designed for each client.

Incident Reporting:

  • Report any incidents or accidents immediately to key contacts and through District 360.


  • Maintain open communication with support coordinators, managers, families, and other stakeholders about clients’ progress and relevant issues.

Program Implementation:

  • Develop, monitor, and implement client programs while training other staff as needed.


  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the client's day-to-day life.

Family Engagement:

  • Develop rapport and support contributions from family, guardians, or advocates to achieve positive outcomes for the client.

Report Preparation:

  • Complete end-of-period reports and reviews to assess client progress and formally update family and advocates.

Financial Arrangements:

  • Identify and document appropriate financial arrangements required for service users.

Health Monitoring:

  • Adequately record medical and health issues that arise and inform appropriate others when necessary.



  • Certificate III in a relevant field (desired) or equivalent work experience.


  • Valid First Aid/CPR certificate (not older than 12 months).

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check


  • Must have own Vehicle to use

  • Driver's License

  • Comprehensive Insurance

Physical Fitness:

  • Reasonable level of physical fitness, health, and resilience to fulfill the demands of the role.
