Rottnest Island STA/Respite Experience with District 360 🌞
District 360 is excited to offer our annual STA (Short-Term Accommodation) and respite trip to the stunning Wadjemup/Rottnest Island, designed to support participants in building independence, confidence, and capacity in a fun, supportive environment. Over the past 4 years, our STA retreats have created lifelong memories for participants, while fostering personal growth and meaningful connections.
Details of the Trip:
Dates: 4-6 March 2025
Duration: 3 days, 2 nights
Capacity: 10 participants with up to 10 support staff (accessible rooms available on request)
Cost: $3,400 (inclusive of all activities, supports, and meals). This amount can be claimed from the Core Supports budget under your NDIS plan, subject to approval as a reasonable and necessary support.
What’s Included in the STA Package?
Accommodation: Fully equipped and accessible rooms available upon request.
Transport: Return ferry ride to and from Fremantle B-Shed and on-island transport aids.
Meals: All main meals provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Supports: Personalised 1:2 support ratio tailored to individual needs.
Activities: A range of engaging, capacity-building activities such as BBQs, art sessions, and team-based social activities.
