About the Course

We are thrilled to announce our new Wellbeing Program, 'Developing a Better Sense of Self, One Step at a Time,' starting this Monday evening from 5 PM to 7 PM, and it will continue every other week! 🌿✨

Join us for a rejuvenating experience designed to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether you're looking to unwind after a long day or seeking a supportive community to thrive in, our program has something for everyone.

📅 When: Monday evenings, 3 PM - 5 PM (Fortnightly)
